The Slade Nursery School is seeking to recruit an experienced early year's support worker
Job start: October 2026
Contract/Hours:8:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday. plus 60 minutes per work for team meetings. Available to work INSET days
Salary: Grade 5 to 6 depending on experience Salary Scale: pro rata salary term time only £19,419- £20,361

Position Early Year Support Worker Level 2-3 qualified or unqualified
The Slade Nursery School is seeking to recruit an experienced early year's support worker to cover Maternity leave for 1 year with a view to longer term employment if suitable.
Job start As soon as possible
Contract/Hours: 37 hrs a week, 48 weeks a year to cover maternity leave
Salary: Grade 4 to 5 depending on experience Salary Scale: £25,185- £26,403 (pro rata)

The Slade Day Nursery is a warm, child-centred environment and we are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and committed to early year’s practitioner to work as part of an experienced team to support children of mixed ages.
Applicants will participate in providing a stimulating and nurturing environment that supports children to thrive. The nursery operates a key person approach, which develops quality relationships between staff, children and families.
The Day Nursery and Nursery school are co-located within a primary school in a purpose built building, offering wonderful opportunities for integrated community working. The school serves a diverse local community and works closely in partnership with parents.
